Prices are per night per apartment for a minimum stay of 7 nights. For each additional person (according to standard occupancy) we charge €20 per night. Plus: Local tax/tourist tax 2.50 euros per person from 14 years and day, which must be paid on site.

CHILDREN: Up to 2 years free, 3-8 years 10 € per night, 9-13 years 15 € per night.

BOOKING

Booking confirmation:
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. You can transfer the deposit to the following account:

In addition to the price:

  • Local tax/tourism tax: 2.50 euros per person from 14 years and day, which must be paid on site.

  • Final cleaning: Free of charge

  • Pets: Dogs are allowed – €15 per day.

Payment: You can pay in cash, by bank transfer or ATM/credit card.
 

Cancellation conditions:

  • Up to 4 weeks before departure: The deposit (30%) will be retained.

  • Up to 2 weeks before departure: 60% of the total price will be charged.

  • Less than 2 weeks before departure: 90% of the total price will be charged.

  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the corresponding days will also be charged with 100% of the daily price
     

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Free use of public transport and ski buses:
With the Südtirol Guest Pass you can use public transport throughout South Tyrol without restrictions, including the ski train. You will receive your ticket from us. Please note that there is no public transport service at the property, the nearest bus stop is 3 km away.

EQUIPMENT

  • Barrier-free:  Our “Forest” holiday apartment is step-free accessible. The bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

  • Non-smoking accommodation: To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, smoking is not allowed in the apartments. We thank you for your consideration!

  • Everything for the kids:  Do you need a high chair, a cot or something else? Just let us know! Board games, paints and paper can be found in the parlour/breakfast room.

  • Fully equipped kitchen: In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook. Is something missing? Let us know!

  • Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is at your disposal. You will find the password in the apartment.

STAY

  • Check-in & Check-out: You can check in from 2:00 pm and we ask you to check out by 9:30 am.

  • Farm experience: On request, you can help feed the animals and work in the fields. Manfred and Grandpa show how it's done. The safety instructions must be observed - no liability is assumed for accidents at the company, parents are liable for their children.

  • Garden: A children's playground, sun loungers and a barbecue area are available. Use is at your own risk.

  • Environmental protection:  We attach great importance to environmental protection. Please help us by separating your garbage properly.

  • Parking: Parking is available in front of the house without a roof.

SERVICE

  • Free bread roll service: Order your bread from us and we will deliver it fresh to you every day from the bakery in Sesto (except Sundays). The price of bread is calculated separately.

  • Regional breakfast in the "Stube" – fresh eggs and milk from the farm, homemade cake from Grandma Hilda, sausage, cheese and many other regional delicacies – all on reservation and for an extra charge.

  • Laundry service: We offer a laundry service on request.

  • Bed linen and towels: Sheets, towels, toiletries, tabs, dishwashing liquid, rags and drying towels are available and will be exchanged and refilled on request.

  • Info & recommendations for excursions, hikes, and restaurants: We’re happy to share our recommendations with you—just ask!

  • Help with problems: If something goes wrong, we are always nearby and available by phone. We are glad to be there for you!
